Head Coach of the Pro Team, Perry is also one of the founding members of the program alongside Adam Terko. Perry started coaching in 2014 as the Assistant Nordic Coach at Williams College. After three years with the Ephs, he continued at the University of Vermont as the Assistant Coach for five years. During his stint at UVM, Perry helped recruit and Coach Ben Ogden (2x Olympic Silver Medalist). Perry also helped UVM earn two 2nd place team finishes at NCAA Championships. After a successful five years at UVM, Perry earned the Head Coach position with SMST2 where he worked with Jessie Diggins (4x Olympic Medalist), Julia Kern, Ben Ogden, and many other elite U.S. skiers.

Perry is now in his second year with the Mansfield Nordic Pro Team. After a highly successful first year in which the team had Lauren Jortberg compete at the 2026 Olympics, and Chloe Levins named as an alternate, Perry is continuing to build the Mansfield Pro Team into a nationally and internationally competitive team.
