Adam is a native Vermont skier who grew up skiing for hot cocoa on the weekends, racing at the BKL Festival in elementary and middle school, and competing in high school and club races before skiing and coaching for St. Lawrence University. After earning his Masters at SLU and assistant coaching there for three years, Adam returned to his home at Mansfield Nordic Club in 2015 to lead the club as it grew into the year-round, expansive organization it is today! 

Over the last 10+ years Adam has worked with all levels inside the club, as well as being involved in the broader regional and national Nordic community through trips like U16s, Eastern High School Championships, Junior Nationals, Junior Worlds, and the World Cup! In all instances, the value of community and collaboration remain focal points in Adam's coaching philosophy and direction.
